Orem High School sponsors a broad program in both interscholastic and intramural sports including varsity teams in all major sports: Golf, Soccer, Track & Field, Cross Country, Tennis, Swimming, Volleyball, Wrestling, Baseball, Softball, Lacrosse, Basketball and Football. Also Cheerleading, Color Guard, and Drill Team.
